submitted photo On the corner of 5th Street NW and Central the neighbors and the city joined to create an attractive garden.  The city owns this corner of land and provided both a water source and many flower seeds. The neighborhood stepped up with a vision and labor.  Kathy Dunn designed and created the layout, which features a stone outline of the state of Minnesota and EGF prominently displayed.  Dunn, along with neighbors A.J. Rand and Geri Peterson and friends and family members, planted beautiful flowers to surround the layout.
