At the most recent work session the city council reviewed a three percent increase in summer activity fees and an increase to $200 for the base rental of the swimming pool plus $100 for each additional hour. They also heard a recommendation to  distribute one free daily swim pass to each student in grades K-8. He said that of the 1,800 passes distributed last year, 260 were redeemed.
