Jane L. Pilon, 93

Jane L. Pilon, age 93 formally of East Grand Forks, MN passed away on Sunday, February 4, 2024 passed away at her home in Moorhead, MN.

Jane Lorene Pilon was born on August 11, 1930 in Hebron, ND, the daughter of Christ and Helen (Miller) Metzger Jr. Jane grew up in Hebron, ND and attended the North Dakota School for the Deaf in Devils Lake, ND. On December 28, 1949 she was united in marriage to Adelore Pilon at Sacred Heart Church in Oakwood, ND. They made their home in East Grand Forks, MN. Jane worked for JR Simplot in Grand Forks where she retired after 24 years of employment. Jane truly enjoyed her flowers, reading, spending time with family and friends along with going out to eat and watching TV.

Family members who survive Jane include her children, Wayne (Deb) Pilon of Moorhead, MN, Alan Pilon (Sandy Slominski) of East Grand Forks, MN and Deb (Lee) Everett of Spring Hill, KS; 7 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Mae Buchli of Glen Ullin, ND, Marion Nagel of Bismarck, ND and Elaine Titterington of Mill Creek, WA. She is preceded in death by her husband Adelore Pilon; parents; and sister Rachel Ridgewell
